Platform Privacy

Platform Authorization & Data Privacy Policy

 

1. Overview

This policy applies to data accessed through third-party platforms via OAuth authorization when users connect their Google or Meta (Facebook/Instagram) accounts to our platform.

2. Platforms & APIs Used

We integrate with the following official APIs:

  • Google Ads API
  • Google Analytics Reporting API
  • Google Search Console API
  • YouTube Data & Analytics API
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Marketing and Insights APIs

3. Data We Access (Read-Only)

After explicit user authorization, we may access the following read-only data:

Google Services

  • Basic account profile information (email address, avatar)
  • Google Ads account structure and performance data (campaigns, ads, metrics)
  • Google Analytics properties and reporting metrics
  • Google Search Console site lists and search performance data
  • YouTube channels and analytics data (views, engagement metrics)

 

Meta Services (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Business Manager and Ad Account lists
  • Advertising performance insights
  • Facebook Pages and Instagram account insights
  • Engagement metrics and content performance data

Important Note: We do not create, modify, publish, or manage advertising campaigns, posts, or account settings on behalf of users.

 

4. Purpose of Data Usage

Authorized platform data is used exclusively for:

  • ✓ Account authentication and identification
  • ✓ Displaying connected platform accounts
  • ✓ Unified performance reporting and analytics
  • ✓ Decision-support dashboards and monitoring tools

We do not use platform data for:

  • ✗ Advertising targeting
  • ✗ Automated posting or content publishing
  • ✗ Resale or third-party marketing purposes

 

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share authorized platform data with third parties.

Data may only be processed by:

  • Internal application systems
  • Secure cloud infrastructure providers under confidentiality agreements

 

6. Data Storage & Security

All authorized data is:

  • 🔒 Stored on secured servers
  • 🔒 Access-controlled and encrypted where applicable
  • 🔒 Accessible only by authorized system components

OAuth tokens are securely stored and never exposed.

 

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Platform data is retained only while the user maintains an active authorization.

Users may revoke access at any time via:

  • Google Account Security Settings
  • Meta Business Settings
  • Our platform's account management interface

Upon revocation or deletion request, all related platform data will be permanently removed.

 

8. User Consent & Control

All platform data access requires explicit user consent through official OAuth authorization flows.

Users remain in full control of their data and may disconnect platforms at any time.
